To achieve the best printing quality, we are using computer to plate technology, that enables direct and digital output of offset plates (meaning that image-setting films are not used to prepare offset plates). This technology excludes mistakes in sheet layout and fastens the production process.

We are using the latest Heidelberg Prinect Prepress Workflow for preflighting the digital data and making the sheet layout. In addition to standard AM screening we offer printing with Heidelberg Hybrid Screening (300lpi, with dot size 24 microns.) Hybrid Screening is often usable when printing road maps or other similar very detailed jobs which require even the smallest lines & other details to be printed with high accuracy.

Heidelberg Suprasetter 105 SCL is used to output the printing plates after making successful preflight and sheet layout. It is equipped with automatic plate loader and is capable of making up to 27 printing plates per hour.

We are using Epson Stylus PRO 7880 proofer for making digital proofs acceptable as colour samples in printing.

Requirements for printing originals
We accept PDF files, which meet most common requirements for prepress standards or similar (for example PDF files meeting PDF/X1, PDF/X3 and/or similar standards are acceptable).

To get good quality of final product we recommend at least 200dpi resolution for images / raster graphics. Also CMYK color space is hardly recommended to avoid unwanted results in color conversion. 3-5mm bleed is necessary. Also please be sure that all fonts used in documents are embedded in PDF files.

All digital originals have to pass preflight check before going to printing.
After preflighting & ripping the material, digital "softproof" is made and sent back for customer approval to avoid possible errors in ripping process.

In cooperation with our clients we will find try to find solution for faulty or not so perfect digital material.
